Left turn crash with oncoming vehicle passing on the right
These accidents happen when a vehicle is making a left turn and it collides with a vehicle approaching in the opposite direction that has illegally passed another vehicle on the right.
In this diagram, Vehicle B is making left turn when it collides with Vehicle A, which is approaching from the opposite direction and passing on the right of another vehicle.

The rules of the road
Drivers must not pass (overtake) on the right of another vehicle. Therefore, Vehicle A would be found 100% responsible.
