What is the ICBC Repair Network?
It's a group of collision, commercial, and glass repair facilities across B.C that:
Meets or exceeds ICBC's equipment requirements
Offers services such as alternative transportation (collision repair facilities only), to minimize disruptions to your transportation needs
Provides limited repair or glass replacement warranties, so you can feel confident driving your recently repaired vehicle

Customer Satisfaction Surveys
ICBC uses a third-party company, Logit, to distribute surveys to ICBC customers for feedback on their vehicle repairs. If you use a collision or glass repair facility that is part of our repair program, you may receive a survey via phone, email or SMS asking if you’d recommend the repair facility to family or friends. ICBC will translate your score, and the score of other respondents who use that facility, into a rating out of five stars. To see a facility’s rating, click “more details” under the facility’s name.
