From time to time, you may be eligible for refunds from ICBC.

We can help you set up direct deposit, so that you can receive a refund straight into your bank account.

This tool is for you if:

  • You are the sole registered owner of your vehicle

  • You are the sole lessee of your vehicle

This tool is not for you if:

  • Your vehicle is leased by more than one person or by a company

  • Your vehicle is joint-owned

  • Your vehicle is a company vehicle or part of a fleet

What you'll need to set up direct deposit

Before you start, you'll need to gather the following information:  

direct deposit banking details

Your banking details

transit #, branch # and account #

direct deposit policy document

Your Owner's Certificate of Insurance and Vehicle Licence

your policy document

Alternatively, you can visit your Autoplan broker to set up direct deposit.

Please note that if you've previously provided banking details for the Autoplan payment plan, you'll need to provide them again to set up direct deposit.

If you wish to update banking details for your Autoplan payment plan, ​please contact your broker directly.
