If you have documents for someone else's existing claim or for vehicles registered to a company, you can provide that online through our submission tool.

How to use this tool

To use this tool, you'll need to provide the claimant's last name, their claim number and how you're related to them.

If you're submitting information for a vehicle registered to a company, you'll need to provide the claim number and the vehicle's certificate or policy number.

With this tool, you can:

Add supporting documents

You can provide documents for someone else's claim including:

  • Photos and video footage of the incident

  • Photos and documents related to a damaged vehicle or property

  • Information and supporting documents for Enhanced Accident Benefits

  • Receipts for expenses the claimant incurred

  • Subrogation documents

  • ICBC forms and/or documentation requested by us
