Hi, I’m Dorothy (she/her), and as the VP, Legal and Corporate Services I lead a portfolio of corporate support functions, including legal, privacy, freedom of information, corporate governance, procurement and strategy management. I also oversee the claims team responsible for resolving legal‑based injury claims from before the transition to Enhanced Care in 2021.

I'm a lawyer with a background in corporate law, financial services and transportation. Before joining ICBC, I was the Director of Legal Services at the Vancouver Airport Authority, and I began my legal career at McMillan LLP in the real estate and financial services group. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from UBC and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me cheering on my two kids at their sports games, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and spending quality time with family and friends.
