New operating hours at ICBC Claims Call Centre to improve customer service

To better serve you in the moments you need us the most, we are adjusting our Claims Call Centre hours of operation to provide more support during peak hours.
On Sunday, February 23, the new Claims Call Centre hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week, including statutory holidays.
The shift away from the 24-hour operation will allow us to improve the support we provide for the majority of our customers who contact our Claims Call Centre between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. With this improvement, you can expect a faster response time if you choose to report your claim by phone.
Eligible claims can also be reported online at our report a claim page at anytime. If you are a principal driver or the registered owner or lessee of a personal vehicle, you can report your claim online.

If you already reported a vehicle claim, you can check details, provide information, or upload supporting documents through our online claims portal, anytime.
