Insurance for motion picture industry rentals

MPR Blanket Certificate is designed for eligible production companies to insure the vehicles rented for use in motion picture productions. With thousands of vehicles rented by production companies annually, MPR coverage simplifies the insurance process by protecting multiple vehicles under one policy — without the need to list each vehicle individually.

Premiums are based on the estimated length of time that vehicles of each category are rented, plus a Motion Picture Rental Factor, meaning you can budget for your production's rental insurance needs. The Motion Picture Vehicle Rental Days Worksheet  can help you estimate the total number of vehicle rental days per vehicle category.

Policy terms are 12 months. If production will extend beyond this, a new policy can be purchased when the initial term ends.
