Two vehicles at an uncontrolled T-intersection
A vehicle is driving straight through an uncontrolled T-intersection (an intersection with no stop signs or lights). A second vehicle turns into the intersection and the two vehicles collide.

The rules of the road
A driver at an uncontrolled T-intersection must yield to vehicles on its right and proceed only when it is safe to do so.
The Vehicle A driver would have to yield to traffic on their right at an uncontrolled T-intersection and proceed with caution only when it is safe to do so. Therefore, he or she would be found 100% responsible.
