Crash when both vehicles are changing lanes
These accidents happen when two vehicles are simultaneously changing lanes and collide with each other.
In this diagram, Vehicles A and B are changing lanes at the same time and collide.

The rules of the road
Drivers must not drive from one lane to another unless it is safe to do so. Therefore, the driver of Vehicles A and B would each be found 50% responsible.
