Crash when exiting a parking lot, driveway or alley

These accidents occur when a vehicle is exiting a parking lot, driveway or alley onto the road and collides with an approaching vehicle.

The rules of the road

Drivers exiting a parking lot, driveway, lane, or alley must yield to traffic on the street. Therefore, the driver of Vehicle A would be found 100% responsible.
