When a driver disobeys a red light
These accidents occur when one vehicle enters an intersection on a red light while another enters the same intersection on a green light.

The rules of the road
A driver facing a red light is required to stop their vehicle until the light switches to green and it is safe to proceed. Therefore, Vehicle A would be found 100% responsible.
