Health care provider locator now available on icbc.com

May 23, 2025

A new resource is available to help injured British Columbians get the support they need following a collision. Through an online Health Care Provider locator, customers can now quickly find treatment providers who direct bill ICBC.

“We’ve heard from customers that one of their challenges after a crash is knowing where to turn for help,” said Perry Strauss, ICBC’s Chief Enhanced Care Officer. “We’ve developed this locator to help customers begin their recovery journey as soon as possible.”

The locator features pre-approved clinics providing acupuncture, chiropractic services, counselling, kinesiology, physiotherapy, psychology, and registered massage therapy. Customers can also see whether a provider offers virtual services or charges any fees above the provincially regulated amounts ICBC is permitted to pay.

“Being in a crash can be stressful, but this tool makes it easier for injured people to find the care they need close to home," said Voula Moreau, Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Body Mechanics Massage Therapy in Delta. “This improvement on icbc.com gives people peace of mind knowing they don’t have to call around or spend time searching the internet to find clinics accepting ICBC claims in their community.”

More than 800 clinics representing over 7,400 health care practitioners are currently listed on the locator, with more to come. The health care provider locator is an important addition to the existing database of service providers that customers can search for on icbc.com, which also includes Autoplan brokers and ICBC-certified repair facilities.
