The fairness officer gives you another opportunity to be heard if your issue hasn't been resolved through a manager or the Fair Practices Office at ICBC.
If you've completed the earlier steps in ICBC's fairness process and are still dissatisfied, you can submit a request through the
fairness officer website.
The fairness officer was appointed by the B.C. government to replace the former ICBC fairness commissioner in 2021.
