Jill Leversage has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector in B.C. In her former roles, Ms. ​Leversage was the Managing Director of Corporate and Investment Banking at TD Securities from 2002 to 2011 as well as RBC Capital Markets from 1993 to 2002. Starting in 2015, she focused on serving as an independent board member on a portfolio of companies.

In addition to ICBC, Ms. Leversage currently serves as on the boards of MAG Silver Corp., Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Ltd., RE Royalties Ltd., and the Vancouver Airport Authority. She also serves as a Director of the PA Woodward Foundation and is a member of the PMF Client Committee for the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Ms. Leversage is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC and is a retired member of the CBV Institute. ​
