Jennie Moushos has spent the majority of her career in the financial and insurance sectors. She has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, lastly as Senior Vice President, Western Division, Intact Insurance Company, over​​seeing the operations of $1.9 billion in written premiums with six branches across western Canada.

In March 2020, Ms. Moushos joined the Ocean Wise Conservation Association (OWCA) in Vancouver as Executive Vice President of Finance & Business Development. Her mandate is to ensure the financial viability of the Vancouver Aquarium and the OWCA’s mission of conservation, education and research for future generations.

Ms. Moushos has always been committed to giving back both to the industry and communities. Some of her contributions include co-founding the Women in Insurance Cancer Crusade BC Chapter; working on the IBC Regulatory Committees for BC, Yukon and Alberta; assisting an industry/professional association task force establish a General Insurance and Risk Management Program at the BC Institute of Technology; and being regular presenter at the annual FCI-CWI Women in Leadership Conferences.

In addition to her work with ICBC Board of Directors, Ms. Moushos is on the boards of Bridges to Community Canada, The Western Investment Company of Canada and the Optimum Insurance Group.
