Hi, I'm Gary (he/him) and I deliver technology solutions to keep ICBC running smoothly. My team designs, builds and maintains our information systems, allowing us to stay connected and working for British Columbians. We also find opportunities to innovate on and improve our technology and how we can better serve our customers.

I joined ICBC in 2003 and have held many roles, including being the IT Director in our business transformation program. Before joining ICBC, I was head of IT services for East Lancashire Hospitals, part of the United Kingdom's National Health Services. I'm also a charter member of the British Computer Society and a member of the CIO council of Canada. Being English, I have a huge passion for soccer, both playing and coaching whenever I can.
