Claims services outage – Friday, Nov. 14 to Monday, Nov. 17

Due to a major system upgrade, our online claims services will be unavailable from Friday, November 14 at 6pm to Monday, November 17 at 7am.

Reporting a new claim

During this time, you can call us to report a new claim, but please note call wait times may be longer and our ability to answer enquiries will be limited. Claim processing will resume once the outage has completed.

Existing claims

To update or enquire about an existing claim, please log in or call us outside these dates, as our ability to answer enquiries will be limited.

Vehicle and claims history reports and driving records

Due to the backlog of claims to be processed after the outage, these reports may not include claims that occurred between November 14-24th:

  • vehicle history reports

  • claim history reports

  • CarFax reports

  • driving records

We recommend waiting until November 25 or later to request these, to ensure your requested report is accurate.
