New change of address sticker
Change of address stickers are now placed on the front of driver's licences and BCID cards.
Renewing your driver's licence? You can get a BC Services Card at the same time.
Don't drive but need ID? You can get a B.C. identification (BCID) card.
Do you owe money for a violation ticket or other driver penalty?
Most debts to ICBC must be paid before you can renew your driver's licence (or insurance).
