Each ICBC facility is assigned one of five salvage facilities to use for total loss vehicle tows. Claims staff use the salvage facility list to find the salvage facility that is located in the ICBC facility area.
Hours of operation for all salvage facilities are 8:30 am to 4:30, Monday to Friday.
