​Excessive wait time delays for non-drives

If you are a Collision participant experiencing wait time delays to start vehicle repairs for non-drives that are longer than seven calendar days, you can make a Repair Facility Support Request.

Before submitting your request, please remember the following:

  • ​Refer to the Excessive Wait Times (Non-Drives) section of the Collision Repair program guide for more details.
  • Only submit requests about wait times in excess of seven calendar days.
  • In Step 2 of your request, select Non-drive repair start delay.

By keeping ICBC up-to-date on wait times, we can more accurately calculate the ATS responsibility date for your facility. Make a support request here​.
