Hi, I'm Lindsay (she/her) and I'm responsible for customer experience and public affairs at ICBC. Working with our partners, I'm committed to supporting British Columbians through every step of their journeys with us. I listen to what our customers want to know about ICBC and help deliver info to them in a straightforward, easy to understand way.
I've held various leadership roles at ICBC since joining in 1997. I have a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Victoria. I'm always trying to find ways to enjoy the west coast life, like doing yoga, hiking on cold beaches or watching my kids play sports in the rain.
