Location: 800 Blk Esquimalt Rd.
Project Description: Improve the intersections at key locations by converting the four-lane cross-section to a three-lane cross-section with dual left-turn lanes and median islands, restricting certain traffic movements, reducing the speed limit to 40km/h and implementing bicycle lanes.
