With an estimated 250,000 people a day taking public transit during the Olympic Games, police are flooding Park & Ride lots with bait vehicles to help keep auto theft down. A new series of ICBC-funded ads have been posted in restaurant and bar washrooms, on corner grocery storefronts, and on Vancouver Police Department paddy wagons:
