Driver Licencing Title

ICBC provides a full range of licensing services for B.C. drivers (and non-drivers), including:

  • issuing Class 1-8 licences and BCID cards
  • testing drivers' knowledge and road skills
  • administering Graduated Licensing to reduce the risks new drivers face as they gain experience on the road

Moving

If you don't drive but need ID, you can get a B.C. Identification (BCID) Card.
