Chargeable claims have less of an impact on your discount if you are a RoadStar, or RoadStar Gold customer. RoadStar Golds move 3 levels up the Claim-Rated Scale; RoadStars move 4 levels. Other drivers move 5 or 6 levels, with a more significant effect on their premiums.
