ICBC has taken the investigation into its Burnaby-based research and training facility very seriously.
ICBC has received a number of requests for additional information since the release of the PricewaterhouseCoopers' investigation report.
In order to release more information on the investigation, ICBC is required to provide third party notice to the individuals involved. These questions and answers outline the process for providing this notice under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
On August 5, 2008 David Loukidelis, BC's Information and Privacy Commission, sent a letter to Mike Farnworth, MLA for Port Coquitlam Burke Mountain, discussing Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act rules governing public bodies' disclosure of personal information.
