How to apply

1. How do I submit an application to ICBC?

Visit the current job opportunities section on our careers page and select the job that you are interested in. The job ad will open with an “Apply online now” link. Click on this link to submit your application. Please only apply for advertised positions.

2. What will happen to my application once submitted?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are not able to personally contact everyone who applies. If you are going to be considered as a candidate for a position we will then contact you to schedule testing, a phone-screen, or a face-to-face interview.

3. There are no jobs currently listed that match my interests. Should I submit my application to ICBC anyway?

Due to the high volume of applications we receive for current positions, ICBC does not accept unsolicited applications. Each application submitted must include its corresponding ad number, which is displayed on the specific job posting.

4. Where can I find job opportunities?

The ICBC careers page lists all our current employment opportunities. If you are interested in a position and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply online.

5. What is involved in the selection process?

Job competitions typically involve testing, interviewing and referencing.

Also, final candidates must complete a number of employment checks (for example, a criminal record check, credit check, etc.).
