I'm not happy with the repairs to my vehicle. What can I do?

If you chose an ICBC-accredited c.a.r. shop

Your repairs are guaranteed, including parts. If you are concerned about the quality of your repairs, discuss your concerns with the repair shop manager.

Contact a c.a.r. shop.

Following that, if you're still not satisfied that your vehicle has been returned to its pre-crash condition, please contact the material damage manager at the claim centre where you made your claim. ICBC will work with you and the repair shop to ensure that the repairs are done properly.

If you did not choose a c.a.r. shop

Please discuss your concerns with the material damage manager at the claim centre where you made your claim. He or she may be able to discuss your concerns with the repair shop, but be aware that the work may not be guaranteed.
