If your enhanced identification card (EIC) is lost or stolen, call the EDL Customer Line immediately at 1-866-972-6888.
To replace your EIC, you'll need to book an in-person appointment.

Due to a Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) change, anyone using a Canadian Citizenship Certificate issued on or after Feb. 1, 2012 as ID cannot apply for or renew an EDL or EIC.
ICBC is working with CIC and hopes to be able to accept this document in the near future. Please check back for updates.
