If you have a non-crash claim in B.C.

If you have a crash with a B.C. motorist

You are visiting B.C. and have been in a crash with a B.C. motorist

1. Report to the local police

You might be required to report vehicle crashes to the police. Be sure to note the police file number, if available, before calling Dial-a-Claim about a crash with a B.C. motorist.

2. Call ICBC's Dial-a-Claim

If you are involved in a crash with a B.C. motorist, you would report to your own insurance company. You may also call ICBC's Dial-a-Claim. Do not drive to an ICBC claim centre before calling Dial-a-Claim. Your Dial-a-Claim representative will make an appointment for you at a nearby claim centre at a date and time convenient to you.
