Report a claim online

To report a claim online, please follow these instructions.

Getting started

When you report online, an adjuster reviews your claim within 24 hours and posts an online claim notice. The notice gives you important information about the status of your claim.

If necessary, your adjuster may book an appointment for you at a claim centre.

The kinds of claims that can, and cannot, be reported online are listed here:

Report a claim online

  • injuries
  • vehicle glass damage only
  • hit-and-runs
  • crashes outside B.C.

To report these kinds of claims, you must call Dial-a-Claim.

After you report your claim online, we send you a confirmation number. You need this number to access your online claim notice.
