When you report your claim online, an adjuster reviews your claim within 24 hours and posts an Online Claim Notice. If required, your adjuster also books an appointment for you at a claim centre.

If you've already reported your claim online, you should have received a Confirmation Number. You need your Confirmation Number to access your Online Claim Notice. The notice gives you important information about the status of your claim.
