Glass and windshield claims

If you have Comprehensive coverage, go directly to an ICBC Glass Express shop. You don’t need to phone ICBC or go to a claim centre first.

Online claim reports

Many claims* can be reported online, instead of by phone.

After you report a claim online, an ICBC adjuster reviews it. Within 24 hours, a confidential notice containing your claim instructions is posted online. You retrieve your online claim notice here.

*The following kinds of claims can’t be reported online:

• vehicle glass damage only
• hit-and-runs
• crashes outside B.C.
