RoadSide Plus Vehicle Travel Protection

If you get in a crash or your vehicle's stolen while on a trip, RoadSide Plus Vehicle Travel Protection reimburses you for some of the expenses. It's perfect if you take your car on holidays or business trips.

What's included

RoadSide Plus Vehicle Travel Protection pays up to the following maximum amounts for qualifying claims:

• $3,000 travel expenses for one or two people; $6,000 for three or more, letting you get home as quickly as possible
• $1,000 living expenses for one or two people; $2,000 for three or more (and in the case of motor homes, $2,000 regardless of how many people), covering accommodation, meals, phone calls and transportation costs
• $100 to tow your vehicle or $250 to tow your motor home
• $500 if your rental vehicle is damaged or stolen, and
• $750 to get your vehicle back home, or $1,000 for a motor home.

Anyone travelling with you gets the same perks, even if they're not B.C. residents.

And we'll reimburse your deductible if you make a collision claim for which you're not at fault and the responsible driver isn't insured by ICBC.* You can claim on this policy without affecting your position on the claim-rated scale.

This coverage also applies to

• rented or borrowed vehicles that are damaged or stolen
• you while cycling or as a pedestrian
• your trailer or camper if it was being towed or was attached to your vehicle at the time of the loss
