RoadSide Plus Loss of Use coverage
Loss of Use coverage gets you another vehicle when yours is off the road because of a claim. It keeps you mobile by giving you the choice of rental car, taxis or public transit.
What's included
RoadSide Plus Loss of Use coverage includes*
- up to $750 for a rental vehicle** or reimbursement for substitute transportation (up to a daily limit of $100) when your vehicle is getting repaired as a result of a claim
- up to $1,000 for motor homes and no daily limit
- choice of rental vehicle, taxis or public transit
- Coverage as soon as your vehicle is off the road until we offer you a settlement, your vehicle is repaired, or until the limit has been reached, whichever occurs first.
- Coverage is provided whether you are at fault or not.
- Rentals anywhere in Canada and the U.S.
Loss of Use coverage comes as part of your RoadSide Plus package. With RoadSide Plus, you automatically get Loss of Use as long as you have Collision, Comprehensive or Specified Perils coverage that applies to your claim.
