Information requests & privacy complaints

Do you need personal information from our files, or have an ICBC-related privacy complaint?

If so, please write to our Privacy and Freedom of Information department. They'll handle your request in accordance with B.C.'s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

When writing, provide a full description of the information you're requesting, or a complete explanation of your privacy concern. Also include your name, address and phone number, if possible.
