Job type General description
Administrative assistants Provide dedicated administrative support to management and their respective departments. Related work experience complemented by strong computer skills are key requirements.
Office assistants Provide administrative support within a Claim Centre. Proficiency in typing along with administrative and customer service experience are key requirements.
Legal support Provide support to adjusters or legal counsel in an administrative or paralegal/legal secretary capacity. Requirements for these roles include strong administrative experience, proficiency in typing/dicta-typing, and in some instances a Legal Secretary or Paralegal certificate.
Client service representatives Provide customer service support and processing within our Driver Licensing Centres. Customer service and cash handling experience are key requirements.
Contact centre representatives Provide customer service within a Call Centre environment for enquiries regarding motor vehicle-related registration, licensing, claims and insurance. Key requirements are call centre and customer service experience, as well as excellent listening and communication skills.
Accounting administration Process financial data related to accounting transactions, including accounts receivable or accounts payable. A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills are key requirements. Accounting-related course work and/or work experience is considered a strong asset.
