Donnie Wing - Senior Vice-President, Insurance
The Insurance division, led by Donnie Wing, develops the insurance products we sell, determines the prices we charge, the underwriting principles we use and how we distribute our products.
Donnie joined ICBC in 1987 and later became the Manager of Agency and Financial Audit. He then moved to BC Hydro and the Crown Corporations Secretariat for several years.
He re-joined ICBC in 1998. Since then, he has served in various senior roles, including Vice-President, Investments and Corporate Development; Senior Vice-President of Insurance (2004); and interim Chief Financial Officer (2008).
Donnie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
