Craig Horton is responsible for managing customer-facing operations that are dedicated to providing quality and hassle-free claims services. The division includes the services, programs and policies that support 39 claim centres and the 24-hour Dial-a-Claim call centre.
He joined ICBC as Senior Vice-President, Claims, in August 2007. He brings to ICBC over 30 years of varied experience in the insurance industry, including extensive work in both the bodily injury and material damage sides of the business.
Craig’s most recent position was vice-president of claims operations with the California State Automobile Association, and prior to that, he held various senior positions with the United Services Automobile Association.
Craig holds a business degree from Grove City College and a law degree from the Potomac School of Law in Washington, D.C.
