Cindy Brown - Vice-President, Communications
Cindy joined ICBC in 1999, initially responsible for government relations and policy support and now leads the team responsible for external communications, government relations, privacy and fair practices.
Cindy worked for the provincial government in various roles covering economics policy, planning, legislation and issues management. She was involved in a number of strategic economic policy initiatives, including auto insurance product reform in 1997.
Cindy holds an BA in Economics from University of Victoria and an MA in Economics from University of Western Ontario.
