	Jon Schubert - President & CEO Jon Schubert, CMA, was appointed ICBC’s President & Chief Executive Officer in November 2008. Jon is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction to help ICBC fulfill its vision of becoming B.C.’s preferred auto insurer, providing protection and peace of mind to customers. 	Cindy Brown - Vice-President, Communications Cindy joined ICBC in 1999, initially responsible for government relations and policy support and now leads the team responsible for external communications, government relations, privacy and fair practices. [more]
	Sheila Eddin - Vice-President, Business Transformation Sheila oversees Business Transformation at ICBC. Business Transformation provides overall leadership to align people, process and technology with business strategy to meet long-term corporate objectives. [more]
	Fred Hess - Vice-President, Driver Licensing Fred is responsible for driver licensing, which includes driver training and testing, processing violation tickets and fraud prevention. ICBC provides driver licensing services to all British Columbians on behalf of the provincial government. [more]
	Craig Horton - Senior Vice-President, Claims Craig Horton is responsible for managing customer-facing operations that are dedicated to providing quality and hassle-free claims services. The division includes the services, programs and policies that support 39 claim centres and the 24-hour Dial-a-Claim call centre. [more]
	Len Posyniak - Vice-President, Human Resources & Corporate Law Len Posyniak is responsible for providing strategic human resources and corporate legal services in order to support the corporation’s goal of high performing, engaged and capable people. [more]
	Geri Prior - Chief Financial Officer Geri Prior is responsible for all financial management functions within the company including corporate reporting, investments, actuarial services, audit and risk management, and corporate services such as facilities management and procurement. [more]
	Jeff Schulz - Vice-President, Strategic Marketing Jeff joined ICBC in 2006, bringing 25 years of strategic marketing experience at companies such as BC Lottery Corp., VanCity Credit Union and Future Shop/Best Buy. [more]
	Keith Stewart - Chief Information Officer Keith Stewart was appointed ICBC’s Chief Information Officer in 2008. He is responsible for providing strategic direction on ICBC’s information services and business transformation needs.
