T. Richard Turner, Chair

Since 1995, T. Richard Turner has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TitanStar Investment Group Inc.

For seven years, Richard served as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the operating subsidiary of IAT Air Cargo Facilities Income Fund. Richard also served as Board Chair and Director of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation for four years.

His current board positions include Trustee of Sun Gro Horticultural Income Fund, Board Chair and Trustee of Pure Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust, Trustee of WesternOne Equity Income Fund, and President and Chief Executive Officer of DVPC Inc. – a Capital Pool Corporation.

Richard is also a Director of the Organizing Committee of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is also a past Chair and Governor of the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British Columbia and is a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
