Kenneth G. Martin - Board member

Ken Martin is President and CEO of Pacific Blue Cross and British Columbia Life & Casualty Company. Previously, he was the U.S. Administration Practice Leader for Mercer Human Resources Consulting, North American CEO of Sedgwick Noble Lowndes, President and CEO of Sedgwick Canada Ltd., and held several positions in the employee benefits consulting industry.

Ken is a director of British Columbia Life & Casualty Company, Ovarian Cancer Canada, Vancouver Board of Trade, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Western Conference of Prepaid Medical Plans, a member of the Council of Management of the International Federation of Health Plans, and President of the Canadian Association of Blue Cross Plans.

Ken is a graduate and permanent member of the Honour Society of the Richard Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario. In 2006, he received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
