Diane Fulton - Board member

Diane Fulton is Vice-President and Chief Investment Officer of the Vancouver Foundation and is responsible for the investment of its substantial endowment fund.

Prior to this appointment, she was Executive Director of Investments for the University of British Columbia ’s Faculty Pension Plan.

Diane also spent 11 years at ScotiaMcLeod Inc., most recently as Director and Vice President of Corporate Finance, as well as several years as a corporate finance consultant for companies such as Westcoast Energy (now Duke Energy) and Belkorp Industries.

Diane is currently on the Board of Directors of Pacific Northern Gas Ltd., is an advisor to the investment committee of Pacific Blue Cross, and is a member of the investment committee of the Vancouver Opera Foundation.

Diane earned an honours BSc degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University. In 2008, she completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors and earned the ICD.D designation.
